We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information and address. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We also accept Paypal payments. Payments will be processed under the business name Humanity Infant and Herbal.

Other forms of payment

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
To process orders via one of these methods place your order as usual and you will see the 'other forms of payment' option. Choose 'other forms of payment' and you will receive an email telling you where to send your payment.


Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM will be processed the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped using UPS ground service. Please use our shipping calculator to determine shipping rates to your area.  International  Orders & Shipping-  Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS. Place your order via our online ordering system or you may contact us by phone. Please note that you may have to pay a Canadian customs fee which generally costs between 30-40 dollars. For more information regarding customs fees you will need to contact your local customs office.  Orders shipping to Australia are shipped via USPS. You will need to place your order by phone as our system can not accept Australian orders directly. All other international orders will need to be placed via our International distributor. Please contact us for more details.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.
We do not accept returns on used products. Returns must be new and in resale condition and in original packaging. Please contact us regarding oversized items including large mats and bean bag chairs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges for oversized items, plus a 10% restocking fee. We can not accept returns of the Humanity Family Sleeper because it is a personal care item.  As is industry standard, items that are used for personal care are excluded from return for the protection of the buyer. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges incurred.
